I’m Louise, and I’m so happy you’ve found your way here.
I’m a creative soul with a passion for truth, heart-led growth, and helping others recognize their own beauty and potential. I’m endlessly fascinated by consciousness, personal transformation, and the many expressions of life in the universe.
My work draws upon years of study of spiritual teachings and initiations from some of today’s most recognized modern mystics. I am a certified Rising Star and Prema Birthing practitioner and teacher. I’m also trained in Levels 1 and 2 Reiki, along with a variety of other wellness practices, certifications, and initiations.
Today, the Rising Star is at the heart of my energy-healing work. Of all the systems I’ve experienced, it is the one I have found to be the most powerful and transformative.
Marketing & Design
While spiritual development is my guiding light, I’ve had a successful corporate career in marketing. Whether I’m designing a brand, building a website or facilitating an energy healing, my work is rooted in the same purpose: illuminating what lies within and helping it find clearer, more meaningful expression.
I have over twenty years of experience in marketing and design, working with startups, technology and software companies, as well as wellness and personal growth brands.
Along the way, I’ve had the joy of bringing my professional and personal experience together, supporting spiritual leaders and wellness organizations including Derek O’Neill, Mother Meera, Nicky Alan, Michelle Robinson, and Creacon Wellness Retreat.
Today, I also share my experience through Louise Light Marketing, where I help entrepreneurs and small businesses simplify marketing, build their brands and websites, and bring their own vision to life.
My Journey
I have been practicing energy work and meditation for many years. My fascination with ancient civilizations, consciousness and an inner knowing that we are greater than the 3D reality around us has guided my path.
I received powerful initiations from world-renowned spiritual leaders, including Sadhguru, Mother Amma, Mother Meera, and even the Dalai Lama.
But it was Celtic Sage and Master Teacher Derek O’Neill who had the greatest impact on my life. Derek has been my teacher for over 15 years. Through him, I was introduced to the teachings and lineage of Shirdi Sai Baba and Sathya Sai Baba, which have deeply shaped my spiritual path and understanding.

My Teacher
Irish-born master spiritual teacher Derek O’Neill inspires and uplifts people from all walks of life, offering guidance to influential world leaders, businesses, celebrities, athletes and everyday people alike. Distilled from his life work in psychotherapy, a martial arts career and study with wise yogis and Indian and Tibetan masters, Derek translates ancient wisdom into modern day teachings to address the biggest challenges facing humanity today.
