To truly change what makes us unhappy we need to shift our thoughts, words and actions. By directing higher frequency energy into your body, you can release blockages, negative emotions, and thought patterns that manifest as pain and unhappiness.
Sessions are about 45 mins and offered remotely via video (Google Meet) from the comfort of your own home.
GROUP HEALING
Guided meditation
Both our external world and the messages we tell ourselves can leave us feeling unbalanced. Group healing classes combine the sound vibration of music, guided meditations and high vibrational energy. This offers a powerful way to resolve negative emotions. Release shame, fear, guilt, resentment, grief, anger, and unhealthy relationship patterns to become a healthier, happy version of yourself.
